The adapter's asynchronous capability allows it to communicate with any standard asynchronous device such as a terminal or a modem. The GMM SYNC+/104/V35 features: Two fully independent full duplex synchronous communications ports. Data rates up to 1 MBPS (must use DMA). Full Duplex DMA on both serial ports. All four DMA channels are selected by software.
