Technologic Systems TS-9700 Accessory with 12-bit A/D with 0.2% accurate Vref, 12-bit DAC optional Simple Type: Accessory The Technologic Systems TS-9700 is a PC/104 daughter board that provides 8 channels of 12-bit Analog-to-Digital (A/D) conversion using a precision 0.2% analog reference. A single Analog Devices AD7888 chip implements the heart of the A/D subsystem. Each analog input can be individually jumper selected for one of three ranges: 0 – 2.5 Volt 0 – 10.0 Volt 0 – 20 mA The Analog-to-Digital conversion takes 9 microseconds to complete allowing up to 100K samples per second. The TS-9700 can optionally be populated with 4 channels of 12-bit digital-to-analog conversion using a 0.2% analog reference. Two Texas Instruments TLV5818 chips are used to implement the four Digital-to-Analog converter (DAC) outputs. Each DAC output has a rail-to-rail output buffer that allows a nominal 0 to 5 Volt output swing using a single 5V power supply.

Technologic Systems TS-ENC730 Metal Enclosure provides standard 4 ADC, 2 DAC, 4 high-current GPIO, optional 1 CAN bus, etc. Simple Type: Chassis / Enclosure This rugged metal enclosure is made to house Technologic Systems Single Board Computers in the most hostiles environments, protecting the internal electronics and increasing the general system reliability. In addition, it makes board utilization easier by bringing out a regulated power supply and computer's I/O interfaces through standard connectors. The TS-ENC730 metal enclosure is made to house the TS-7300 Single Board Computer and one PC/104 peripheral board. The internal power regulator efficiently converts unregulated 7-28V DC input into regulated +5V DC required by the SBC. Sleep mode allows current drain of 200 microAmps with programmable sleep period. The TS-ENC730 brings out some features implemented on the TS-7300 FPGA, such as the SJA1000 CAN core, PWM for the DAC lines, 800x600 VGA Video, second ethernet port, additional serial ports, etc. Furthermore, the TS-ENC730 includes the TS-732 daughter board for the TS-7300 on-board FPGA. The AVR microcontroller on the TS-732 implements ADC/GPIO/LEDs extra functionalities. Also, the physical layer for the CAN bus is provided by the TS-732.
