Te Technology TC-48-20 OEM Cool-only/Heat-only Thermoelectric Temperature Controller Simple Type: Temperature Controller The TC-48-20 OEM is a basic version of the TC-48-20 controller that is a component for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) that want to integrate the controller in a system where the display, keypad, and box cover are not needed. The controller is shipped as the basic control circuit mounted on an aluminum panel. One standard thermistor (model MP-3193) and a software CD are included. Te Technology TC-48-20 Cool-Only/Heat-only Thermoelectric Temperature Controller Simple Type: Temperature Controller The TC-48-20 is a cool-only or heat-only thermoelectric temperature controller capable of controlling up to 50 volts and 20 amps. One standard thermistor, model MP-3193, is included. A second thermistor can be attached for monitoring and alarm purposes. The controller is housed in a die-cast aluminum box and incorporates a keypad and a liquid-crystal display. The display allows the user to monitor the sensor temperature, power output level, and menu settings. The integrated keypad accesses an easy-to-use menu system, allowing the user to adjust all of the basic controller parameters such as the set temperature, tuning parameters, and alarm parameters. The controller can also be connected to a computer via an RS232 serial port for more advanced program control as well as data graphing and data logging, using the supplied software.

Te Technology TC-36-25-RS485 Temperature Controller that provides bi-directional temperature control for thermoelectric devices Simple Type: Temperature Controller The TC-36-25-RS485 provides bi-directional temperature control for thermoelectric devices, either independently or with supplemental resistive heaters for both cooling and heating applications. The controller uses solid-state MOSFET devices in an electrical "H" bridge configuration to automatically control the direction of current simply based on the temperature set point. The controller can be communicated with RS485 and programmed directly through a personal computer when used with an optional RS485 adapter. This method of communication allows multiple controllers to be assigned individual addresses, daisy-chained together, and communicated with using only one port on your computer. The supplied communications software,compatible with Windows 95/98/XP/NT, provides a graphical user interface; no prior programming experience is required to use it. The software was developed using LabVIEW, but LabVIEW is not required to run it. Te Technology TC-24-10 Cool-Only/Heat-Only Temperature Controller for Thermoelectric Devices Simple Type: Temperature Controller The TC-24-10 provides cool-only or heat-only temperature control for thermoelectric devices. A jumper on the printed circuit board selects cooling or heating control. The controller uses single solid-state MOSFET device to modulate the thermoelectric device current based on the temperature set point. This methodology does not induce thermal cycling and so will not affect the thermoelectric module reliability as can on-off controllers. Adjustments for set-point, proportional gain, and integral gain are made via variable resistors (potentiometers) located on the printed circuit board. These adjustment values can be pre-programmed into the controller for large volume applications thus negating the need to adjust each controller individually. Mechanically, the controller’s printed circuit board is mounted to a metal bracket that is suitable for either horizontal or vertical orientation. The controller can operate in ambient temperatures from 0 °C up to 50 °C without generally requiring additional heat sinking.
