Sycamore 711131 (System Control Adapter) Simple Type: System Controller The System Control Adapter (SCA-3) provides system timing for the SN 3000. Supports Stratum-3 holdover and provides both DS1 and E1 BITS/PRC ports. The SCA-3 provides serial and Ethernet management interface ports and local alarm contacts.
