The GW2600 contains 512 Kbytes of L2 cache, supports up to 128 Mbytes of DRAM and up to 32 Mbytes of SanDisk IDE flash. Additional board features include dual 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet channels and a dual Cardbus/PCMCIA interface. The GW2600 also supports a full set of standard PC peripherals such as IDE, floppy, USB, two serial ports, parallel port and keyboard controller. Other industrial features include serial port console redirection, two user-programmable LED's, battery backed real-time clock and a watchdog timer. The GW2600 is a full-featured 6U CompactPCI CPU with keyboard, mouse, COM1, COM2 and push button abort/reset switches available on the frontplate. Other standard PC I/O is available on the J3, J4 and J5 CompactPCI connectors. An optional mezzanine adapter allows a standard 2.5" IDE hard disk to be mounted to the board.
