Leatherwood LPC132.FR4.DER Manual Etch Bench Simple Type: Manual Etch Bench The Leatherwood's Manual Etch Bench is constructed of 1/2" FM 4910 approved, white PVC-C, measuring 108”W x 52-1/4”D x 84-7/8”H. Station includes four PVDF process tanks and two quick dump rinse tanks, each measuring 11-1/4”W x 11-1/4”L x 11-3/4”D. Process tanks are recirculated, filtered and temperature controlled with 360° overflow, inlet diffusion sparger, tank leveling capability, liquid level sensor, chemical bulk fill and/or DI fill, and removable covers. Temperature control is provided via remote temperature recirculators with in-tank temperature exchange coils. Recirculators are monitored for temperature and low level. Quick dump rinse tanks feature 360° overflow, top spray headers, bottom tank fill with diffuser and nitrogen agitation. Other deck components include two one-gallon spike bottle wells, one manual aspirator, one recirculating, DI Water spray gun and one N2 spray gun the far right front of the workdeck.
