Description
Excalibur Systems Dx M4KH009 CPU Board - H009 interface module for the Excalibur 4000 family of carrier board. Supports CCC/Concurrent-PU, PU, Bus Monitor and Concurrent Bus Monitor Modes. Simple Type: CPU Board The M4KH009 is an intelligent, double-size, H009 interface module for the multimode, multiprotocol, Excalibur 4000 family of carrier boards. The M4KH009 provides a complete solution for developing and testing H009 interfaces and performing system simulation of the H009 bus, according to the standard H009 protocol. Each module of the M4KH009 contains 32K x 16 dual-port RAM for Data Blocks, control registers, and Look-up tables. In addition the module contains another 32K x 16 dual-port RAM for a Concurrent Monitor. All Data Blocks and control registers are memory mapped, and may be accessed in real-time. Each of the independent, dual-redundant M4KH009 modules may be programmed to operate in one of three modes of operation: Central Control Complex (CCC) mode with Concurrent Peripheral Unit operation (1–16 PUs), Peripheral Unit mode (Multiple – up to 16 PUs) and Bus Monitor mode. In addition, the module can simultaneously operate as an independent Internal Concurrent Monitor in CCC, Multiple PU or CCC/Concurrent PU modes. Download the datasheet (PDF)

(RT Validated-Single Function) Simple Type: CPU Board The M4K1553Px is an intelligent, MIL-STD-1553 interface module for the multiprotocol Excalibur 4000 family of carrier boards. The M4K1553Px provides a complete solution for developing and testing 1553 interfaces and performing system simulation of the MIL-STD-1553 bus. The module handles all standard variations of the MIL-STD-1553 protocol. Each module of the M4K1553Px contains 64K bytes of dual-port RAM for Data Blocks, Control registers, and Look-up Tables. All Data Blocks and Control registers are memory mapped, and may be accessed in real-time. The M4K1553Px module can be programmed to operate in one of three modes of operation: Remote Terminal, Bus Controller/Concurrent-RT, and Bus Monitor. Excalibur Systems EXC-1394PCIe-x CPU Board - IEEE 1394B interface for PCI Express compatible systems Simple Type: CPU Board The EXC-1394PCIe is an intelligent, multichannel avionics communication board for interfacing to an AS5643 or an IEEE-1394 data bus. It implements a 1394b PHY layer and can operate at 100, 200 or 400 Mbps. It provides up to three fully independent nodes, each node having three full-duplex ports associated with it, and has a universal PCI Express interface that is compatible with any PCI Express slot. The EXC-1394PCIe supports Direct Memory Access (DMA), which enables the board to access system memory for reading and writing independently of the computer’s CPU.
