Arbor EmCORE-i6317 CPU Board - Half-size ISA-bus Socket 370 Pentium-III/Celeron PC-133 CPU Card with 4xAGP 3D SVGA, Fast Ethernet Interface and DiskOnChip Socket Simple Type: CPU Board The EmCORE-i6317 is based on VIA's ProSavage? PL133 that combines PC-133, 133MHz FSB, UltraATA/100 technologies and rich 4xAGP 2D/3D graphics capabilities in a single package. Its onboard high-end PC/104-Plus interface supports industrial standard 32-bit PCI-based PC/104-Plus or 8/16-bit ISA-based PC/104 modules, features functions updgradeable with add-on communication, multimedia, SCSI or other powerful interface modules. A wide range of CPUs including Intel Pentium III/ Celeron and VIA Cyrix III processors are supported up to 1GHz at 133MHz FSB, while memory is expandable to 512MB at PC-133 SDRAM. The VIA ProSavage PL133 dual-chipset consists of the VT8604 Northbridge and VT82C686B Super Southbridge. It integrates VIA Apollo Pro133A chipset with 4XAGP 32MB S3 Savage4? and S3 Savage2000 2D graphics core. The highlight of the Super Southbridge is the support for high speed PCI UltraATA/100 enhanced IDE which can tremendously increases transfer speed for database applications.
